Never take what others think or say about you personally. How they respond is never about you and always a perception they have from within them. This is your precious life don’t let the opinions of others dictate how you will live it. Keep doing what you’re doing with integrity and love. You have to learn the difference between someone disrespecting you vs you feeling disrespected. Emotional ears hear from a place of offense.Sometimes it’s not what they said, it’s what YOU are triggered by. And unless you know your triggers, you’ll see everything as an attack.
